Local College Scholarships Available for SWMAR Members, their Children and Grand Children:  The Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS has established scholarships at both Lake Michigan College (all campuses) and Southwestern Michigan College (Dowagiac) that can be awarded to any REALTOR or Affiliate Members, REALTOR or Affiliate Member’s spouses, REALTOR or Affiliate Member’s children, REALTOR or Affiliate Member’s grand children.  Recipients of the scholarships are not required to demonstrate financial need to apply for either scholarship and scholarship funds can be used for tuition, books, and other fees.  The scholarship’s name at Lake Michigan College is the “Harriet F. Upton Memorial Scholarship”.  The scholarship’s name at Southwestern Michigan College is the “Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS Scholarship”.  Both scholarships are for $3,000.00.
